Christmas opening times. We will be closed on December 23rd for the Christmas holidays. Our office will be open again for enquiries from December 30th. Last shipping day before Christmas is Monday, December 23rd. Orders received before 10am on Monday will be dispatched the same day on a next day service. Orders received after this time will be shipped on December 30th. Please note that parcels posted on 23rd may be delayed and may not be delivered until after 27th December. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 17.00 and Friday 9.00 to 15.00. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

By selecting your vehicle and clicking the View Cables button, you will be taken to a page displaying all of the charging cables that are compatible with your EV. You can also leave us a message during the checkout process so that we receive any comments with your order. For example, if you want to leave your vehicle registration, we can confirm that the cable you have purchased is compatible with your vehicle before sending it to you.
Returns
If you need to return your purchase or if you are having problems using your charging cable, please fill in the form below with your contact details and include your order ID so that we can locate your order. We will respond with our returns information or information to help you to get your cable working for you. We test our products before shipping them to you, so we will work with you to help troubleshoot any problems.

Frequently asked questions
After you have purchased your order, a payment receipt and an order confirmation will be emailed to you. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder. If you did not receive a payment receipt or order confirmation, please use our contact form and let us know the date of your order. We will use the contact details you provide in the contact form to locate your order.
The courier who delivers your parcel will send a delivery notification before the parcel is delivered to you. This will allow you to change the delivery if required. For example, you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place or to be delivered on another day.
You can return your order to us within 30 days as long as the product is unused and undamaged. We can also exchange your order for you if required. If the exchange costs less than the original item, we will issue a part refund. If the item costs more, we can issue an invoice so that you can make a secure payment online. We ship to all UK addresses. Shipping is free for mainland UK addresses. Parcels usually take between 1 to 3 working days for free shipping but we also have a guaranteed next day delivery service (excluding Sundays) for an additional cost.
We ship to the countries available on the Country list, which is available when you input your address details during checkout. This includes countries in the U.S, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australasia. Shipping charges will be calculated during Checkout.
We can ship to all EU countries (except Bulgaria and Monaco) using Delivery Duty Paid Incoterms (DDP). This means that when you pay for your order during Checkout, you will also pay for the taxes (at your local tax rate) and those taxes are paid to the courier when we arrange the delivery of your order. The courier will then pay the taxes to customs. Payment of the taxes in advance speeds up the delivery time of the parcel and it means that you will not have to pay taxes to customs before receiving your order.
If you are purchasing our Goods as a business, you will need to input your company name and a valid VAT number in order to zero rate your order. By providing a valid VAT number, your local customs authority will charge any VAT and duties charges and you will need to pay them
directly to customs before receiving your order.
For all other countries we deliver to, we will ship your order via Delivery At Place Incoterms (DAP). This means that you will need to pay the local customs charges (normally taxes, duties and clearance charges) before you receive your order. We are not responsible for these charges, so please check the customs charges that are applicable to your country. When your parcel reaches customs, they will contact you using either the telephone number or email that you provided with your order so that you can make payment of the charges directly to them.
There is a shipping cost for orders delivered outside the UK. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we send you the wrong product, or the courier fails to deliver your order. We test all our products before shipping, so any product faults will have to be proven in order for the shiping fee to be refunded.
