Taking good care of your cable or charger will help to ensure years of trouble-free use. For peace of mind, we will extend the warranty of your product to a 5 year warranty for the Mode 3 Type 1 to Type 2 cables and the Mode 3 Type 2 to Type 2 cables and a 2 year warranty for the Mode 2 portable 3-pin and CEE chargers. The extended warranty is subject to the warranty conditions displayed on the extended warranty registration form. Read our Cable Care Guide to make sure that your Mode 3 or Mode 2 charger is maintained in good working condition. In order to qualify for the extended warranty, please submit the registration form within 30 days of purchasing your product. You will receive an email receipt of your registration with your warranty registration number. Please retain this receipt for your records as proof of registration. This does not affect your statutory rights.
