Type 1 To Type 2 Adapter

Adapter for connecting the Type 1 plug of an EV charging cable to a Type 2 socket EV.

Type 1 to Type 2 adapter for EV cable and plug that allows a Type 1 charging cable to charge a Type 2 electric vehicle.

To use, simply attach the Type 1 plug of your Type 1 to Type 2 charging cable into the adapter and then connect the Type 2 plug of the adapter to the Type 2 socket of an electric vehicle.

You can connect any Type 1 plug charging cable to the adapter, regardless of the amp rating of the cable.

You can therefore use the EV adapter cable when using your home or office charging unit and with public charging stations, i.e Mode 3 Type 2 sockets.
